experiential, guerilla, ooh, social, direct
Nestlé Toll House
Imagine you could have the most deliciously iconic, warm and gooey Toll House chocolate chip cookie… delivered. We did. And we made it happen for the people of Washington DC. For one weekend, we designed a city-wide guerilla ooh takeover that, in tandem with delivery services DoorDash, UberEats and GrubHub, brought that oh so gooey goodness to anyone with with a phone and morsel of curiosity.

We blanketed the city with yellow map pins and a simple message: YOU CAN GET A COOKIE HERE! All they had to do was scan, order and wait.
We collaborated with local DC influencers to send them out to the streets, where they were bound to run in to one of our (several hundreds of) pins.
To make the experience even sweeter, three of our lucky fans that scanned and ordered were rewarded with the ultimate surprise: free Toll House cookies delivered to them for the next year! Even with a meager budget, Nestlé was able to make a big splash with cookieficionados all over the city. And plans to bring the next ghost bakery to major markets around the country are now in development.
